In a business there will be raise and falls. Whenever there is a good business then the prices of goods come down and the consumer benefits and demand for goods increase. For maintaining industrial peace and harmony good relations between employers and employees is needed. The human resources department advises and assists all other departments in developing a sense of belonging in employees.
No doubt skill is must to plan, organize, lead and control to achieve organizational goals effectively however will is a human factor which adds more value to ones efficiency. Willingness towards this program broadened the vision of my knowledge and created a hope to improve my learning curve.
Present women are engaged in all type of works from carrying a Load to managing a firm. But women are facing so many problems at work place. Women are ill treated at the work place and are being harassed physically and mentally. We can see so many instances about this on the news. There is every need to make laws regarding problems at workplace facing by women and need to regulate the laws regarding pays for women equally with men.
Demand for more work causes stress. Stress relief activities on the floor to refresh. Immediate action on any issues that would impact ones work. Interpersonal conflicts usually are unbiased and direct talk with the both sides to open up the facts.
People have to continue their jobs in need of money whether monitory satisfied or not. There are instances where landlords used to appoint those village illiterates as permanent laborers for their selfish works. They even grabbed properties and lands from them.
