The country itself is truly amazing where one can feel safe in bringing up their children in safety. For those that prefer to stay in townhouses there are many available as well. One such place offers two large bedrooms and a den unit. The flooring is of hardwood and offers plenty of storage. It has a roof top patio with a view of the CN Tower. It is however not furnished but the plus side is that pets are allowed.
Another rental is situated close to four bus routes with open and sunny rooms. The floors are all made from hardwood and have cable and wi fi. It is heated in winter with air conditioners for summer and has a hydro cable television. The rent per month is only $350.00 and has five bedrooms. The lease is month to month making it perfect for those that need it for a short stay.
A con on renting means that if one would like to paint the walls or change the light fixtures they will need to go to the owner and get their permission. It is after all their house and what they say goes. Many of the owners will be more than happy to let the tenants change a few things as long as they are willing to pay for it themselves.
